It’s really easy! New Futures Nepal is run by a Board of volunteer Trustees to make sure that every single penny donated goes direct to our projects in Nepal and India. And this means that we welcome help of any kind.

New Futures is a very welcoming and friendly charity full of people who share the same vision; to ‘empower disadvantaged children and adults of Nepal’. Many of our supporters have visited one of our childrens’ homes, most commonly The Hope Centre in Kathmandu, and have met and spent time with the children getting to know them. Our experience is that it’s the special moments with the children that inspire our supporters and fundraisers to get more involved.

These supporters do a variety of things to support the charity and 50% of our organisation’s income comes from individuals like them that kindly donate their time and money to support the vulnerable children in our care. Some people write recipe books, some take on huge walking challenges, others give regularly, the important thing is that they all do it in their own way. Others even go on to becoming a Trustee where they can become more significantly involved in the running of the charity on a longer term basis.
